The Embedding Mobile Learning (M-learn) in WA program is an initiative funded by the Western Australian Department of Education and Training. The program aims to promote and support project-based professional development activities that support the use of m-learning.
The PDSP and Mobile technology projects involve lecturers from different sections of Visage Training Centre; the desired outcomes of both projects are similar in that both projects are investigating use of mobile technology for assessment and content delivery however one project is focusing on beauty and hairdressing School age students and the other focuses on third year hairdressing apprentices.
It is a requirement of the Mobile technology funding that we determine the skills level of participants at the beginning and end of the project. So we are asking all participants to complete the following two surveys. This first survey is on your computer skills level and then the next survey is on your ability to use your PDA (Sorry I am only able to create 10 questions at a time)
Your responses at the beginning of the project will be used to determine how to tailor the activities to best meet your needs. Your responses will be kept confidential. The information will only be reported in summary form. No individual responses will be reported.
